Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days for a refund or replacement, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
Eligible for Return
- ✓Product received is damaged or defective
- ✓Wrong product delivered
- ✓Product packaging is tampered or damaged
- ✓Product is past its expiry date
Not Eligible for Return
- ✗Product packaging has been opened or tampered by customer
- ✗Return request raised after 7 days from delivery
- ✗Product seal or label is broken or removed
- ✗Change of mind or incorrect product ordered by customer
How to Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at agro@truelinegroup.in or call +919112522489 with your order details and reason for return.
Step 2: Return Approval
Our team will verify your request and approve the return if it meets our policy criteria.
Step 3: Ship the Product
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team.
Step 4: Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 5-7 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when initiating the return.
Refund processing time: 5-7 business days after product inspection. Additional 3-5 days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
